Returns Policy

Kraft Tool Co.^® will accept the return of merchandise for exchange or credit only with advance written authorization. It is the consignee's responsibility to count & inspect upon receiving. Merchandise arriving with external damage should be described on Proof of Delivery, Delivery Receipt, or Bill of Lading, and reported within 48 hours of delivery. Any shortages of merchandise should be described on Proof of Delivery, Delivery Receipt, or Bill of Lading, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof of purchase must be established on all items. Returned goods will be credited at the actual cost paid as determined by the proof of purchase in full refund, less shipping costs, and less a 15% restock fee if applicable. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund. Please allow up to 30 business days from the day you return your product for your return to be credited.

All returned products must be of current design and finish and must be in new, restockable condition upon receipt. Merchandise must have been purchased within the previous twelve months. Individually packed items must be in shelf pack multiples.

Returns will not be allowed for made-to-order, discontinued, obsolete, or special items.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order, for any reason, prior to order fulfillment. Most orders are shipped the same day as the order is placed. When an order has been shipped, any requests to cancel or change your order shall be covered by our Returns Policy. This policy shall supersede any other terms, policies, or provisions, verbal or written, regarding returns and cancellations.

Product Substitution

Products of a like kind and like quality may be substituted and may not always exactly match catalog descriptions and/or images.

Force Majeure

Kraft Tool Co.^® shall not be responsible for any non-performance as a result of any event of force majeure.
