Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Our company’s goal is to deliver your order as soon as possible. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding standard US holidays.

Shipping hours are Mon. - Fri. 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST. Transit times do not count weekends or the day the order ships (e.g. an order shipping Thursday via 2nd day air will not deliver until the following Monday).

What shipping methods are available?

Standard domestic shipments are processed through FedEx Ground Residential Delivery. We also offer FedEx 2nd Business Day Air and FedEx Next Business Day Air for customers who require expedited shipping, available at an extra charge. Common carrier (LTL) shipping will be used for orders with items that cannot be shipped using FedEx Ground services due to size or weight.

How much will shipping cost?

The exact shipping and handling fee that applies to your order is based on the number of items in your cart, the weight of each item, the destination postal code, and the shipment method selected by the customer. Shipping weight is in 1 lb increments with a minimum of 1 lb.

What if my tools don’t arrive intact?

It is the consignee's responsibility to count & inspect upon receiving. Merchandise arriving with external damage should be described on Proof of Delivery, Delivery Receipt, or Bill of Lading. If for any reason your package arrives damaged or fails to be delivered, please contact Kraft Tool Co.^®’s return department at 1-800-422-2448, or 913-422-4848 (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30pm CST). 

Where can I ship my order?

We do not currently ship orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses. UPS requires a street address to deliver packages. If you do not currently have a street address, or UPS cannot deliver to you, please contact our customer service department for assistance at 1-800-422-2448 or 913-422-4848.
